Hello Everyone..this site is really amazing and have got a lot of help till now from here..well I have filed my application for visitores in mbai anad havea n interview date of 27th June.

My husband is a US citizen AND HAS ALREADY FILED FOR MY IMMIGRATION..BUT THAT IS GOING TO TAKE ANOTHER YEAR..AND we are already waiting since 1 yr..so I have filed for visitors in this transit period..most people advised us against it..but this is our last hope..I needed help..from someone who has probably gone thru similar situation..also is there anyone's case who got a visa approved even though his/her relative has filedfor immigration?? if your immigrant visa petition is pending, it would be very difficult for you to get visitor visa.

Thanx a lot immihelp...well I know it wud be very diff..but is there even a single example where someone has got a visitor in similar situation?? Please let me know..coz even if I have one egs..that will give me some hope too..Please..
