My parents will be appearing for their visitor's visa interview at Delhi. They plan to submit the following listed documents straight away.
- DS-156 - for both of them
- DS-157 - for both of them
- Passport - for both of them
- Bank drafts as per the listed requirements
- I-134 (affidavit of support).
- Proof of my (sponsor') employment & salary (provided on my company's letterhead).
- Letter from me (sponsor) addressed to US embassy.
- Copy of my (sponsor) passport.
- Is the list above correct? (I think I read in some reply from immihelp in some other post that one should submit only the required docs, and rest supporting ones as needed). My parents are not sure whether so many voluminous docs should be submitted & whether it may be counter productive.
- What exactly is the stage at which the documents above should be handed over, and where. Will they be specifically be called for and be asked to submit their docs.
