how to get 10 year multiple entry

Hello everyone,

I am trying to bring my mother here to USA. Right now I am filling the DS 156 form. My question is ---> Is there anything that we can do upfront to obtain a 10 year multiple entry visa like filling a seperate form than DS 156 or paying extra fees or some thing like that?

Or is it completely dependant on our luck and the interviewer and lucky people get it by fluke?

It just depends upon the officer.

There is no way to apply or ask for 10 years.
