    Hi,

    I have 2 questions,

    1. My Parents already have 10 Year multiple entry Visitor Visa - B2. They had been to USA once and stayed for 3 months. Now after 2 years they again want to come to usa to stay for 4-5 months. Do I need to give them any documents again or they can buy the Flight tickets to USA and board the flight with PP and valid Visa?

    2. If my Father in Law and Mother in Law want to come to USA for the first time and coming to USA through a travel company for a 15 day US trip and later would like to stay with us for 1-2 months, do I still need to send supporting documents or they can just come and stay with us at the end of their 15 day trip? In othe words, is I94 date for such tourists(coming via travel tour company) valid for 15 days or it is for 6 months normally? For later, I don't think I will have to send them any documents.

    Please advise.

    Thanks,
    ~U

    1.
Flight tickets, valid passport with valid visa, and visitors insurance, available at https://www.insubuy.com

    2.
You don't need to send documents again. I-94 duration depends upon the immigration officer, irrespective of the tour company duration.

Thanks for your helpful reply. In the second question about FIL and MIL, I haven't sent them any documents and nor have they got their Visas yet. Let's say they get 10 year multiple entry and 6 months date on their I94 without me sending any documents to them, then will it be fine if they stay with us for 1-2 month period of time after US tour is over?
