I have some questions and hoping someone can provide really quick feedback.
My wife and I are both US citizens, and now we need to sponsor my wife's (my in-laws) for Visitor Visa from India.
In regards to the sponsor documents, can we only use my wife's name, or my name, or can we use both of our names?
Who should sponsor my in-laws? My wife or I .. or can we both sponsor?
If both, how do we fill the I-134 ? Do we need to fill one for both parents, or fill one for each parent?
What about the financial statements? Some is under my name, and some is under my wife's and some under both names.
Please let me know.
