Hello,
I am applying for visitor visa for my parents and from the readings so far, I have learnt that the most important point to succeed is to show that the person has economic/social ties in India and strongly willing to come back soon.
Ironically, I do not see a way to provide enough information while filing the form.
1 - My father has recently been retired from govt service and currently getting a pension from the previous employer. How do I provide this information in DS-160? If I select 'Retired' the form does not ask any further question so there is no scope of putting the pension amount.
What is the right process?
2 - The form does not ask for salary while filing previous work information. How can i provide that information?
3 - US Point of contact information: What should be filled in the organization name? Is it ok to put it 'Do not know' or should i put my organization's name in that.
Thanks a lot for your help.
