visitors visa - sponsor on student visa -need immihelp advice

I want my parents to come and visit me. I am taking graduation walk on June, so I got a letter from my university inviting my parents. but my case is a little but tricky I guess
1) I want to sponsor my parents trip. I have been working on my practical training (internships) for the past 10 months and I have enough funds I think (15,000$ as bank balance) and an employment letter verifying my salary as 51,000$ annually. I hope that is fine

My parents have enough funds too, but I thought it would be effective if I sponsor than them.

2) I am actually still waiting to get my EAD through OPT (It usually takes 2-3 months to get it processed and its more than 2 months now. so will get it in a week or 2 I guess. My 2 month grace period for F1 visa ends on May 19th 2005. So do you think my visa situation affect my parents visa.

3) my parents visa date is on april 28th but they want to come only in june, so how does it work if they ask for 3 months visa and they do issue 3 months visa does that mean the visa is valid from the day it is issued.

I know I have lot of questions but am hoping that all of them will be answered.

1. I don't see any problem.
2. If you are yet to receive EAD, how are you working currently?
3. Visa stamp is only for entering the US. Actual stay is determined at port of entry by immigration officer, according to whatever date he/she writes in I-94.

I was working on CPT (Curricular Practical Training) till March 19th (my date of graduation) and now am temporarily on leave till I get my OPT (Optional Practical Training) EAD. So is this going to be a problem for my parents visa?
