visa for my Parents and in -laws

I am sponsoring the visa for my Parents and in -laws . should there be a gap between parents attending interview and in-laws .will there be high chances of rejection who ever (Parent/In-laws) attending interview next(second) . What would be the best approach in my case.

There is no need of any gap. It will not matter if they go on the same day. It is their own application and their own situation like ties to home country matter. All you are doing is providing them funds for their trip and providing a reason for their visit. There is no Visa sponsorship for visitor visas.
