i am not sure of this but probably they can say that their main reason for visit was tourism and visit daughter. she is pregnant also but her last mont has become very complicated and hence we have changed the reason,
but let me tell you one thing -visa will be rejected because tourist visa is only for tourism and not anyother thing.
the officer might say that USA has good hospitals and will take care of your daughter. you need not go.
we cant assume anything , i cant say much but it would be good if someone had a previous case like this responds to you.
