itinery in DS 157

Hello pals
For filling up the itinery do we need to mention briefy before attaching the sheet.Or just attaching the itinery sheet will do?If we need to just attach the sheet,do we need to mention the same in the form?
Does itinery needs booked tickets or just the flight & loddging info,what ur plans are etc?

You can do it either way.

You need not produce booked tickets, or for that matter flight information. If asked you can say that tickets will be purchased after visas are obtained. It should be enough to provide a tentative time period when the visit is planned for.

As for lodging for sure you need to provide. However lodging information should be provided in Q. 24 of DS-156 and not in itinerary. In itinerary you can just provide the places you plan to take your parents around.
