Visitor insurance for pregnant lady

Hi,

I am taking my wife to US on B2 visa for one month (I am going on business trip with B1 visa). She is 5 months pregnant now.

I want to take an insurance policy that covers any unforeseen pregnancy complication requiring follow-up with a gynecologist, scan, or anything similar to that. As of now, we do not have any problems, but she had bleeding in the 5th month of her first pregnancy. So, I just want to check whether I can have any insurance that covers such unexpected complications, though we are cautious this time following up gynecologist frequently in India till now.

Also, there is a usually a difference of two weeks the way pregnancy weeks are counted in US vs some other countries. Therefore, keep that in mind too.
