Vistor Visa Question

Hi ,
I have taken an appointemnt for my parent's visitor visa in August.
Their visa was previously rejected in April and we had to reapply.
Recently I want to transfer my H1 to another company due to professional reasons.

Will this be questionable to the consulate if my H1 is for different companies in the fiirst and second attempt for my parents?
Iam getting this doubt because my passport has the visa based on my previous company .

Since the visa is already rejected once we want to be careful this time.
Immihelp... please provide some info in this regard.

I think it's not a problem since change of company on H1 is legal. So the reason for change you write here in forum, you can explain it to your parents, and if asked this question, they could provide a suitable answer.

Sponsiring with dependent visa (H4)

I am on H4 but working on EAD for the past 2 years. Can I sponser my mother?

As long as you are legally in US, and have money to sponsor, you can.
