Newphew Visa got rejected while applying with Parents

Hi All,

I applied my parents and Newphew(8 yrs old) visa at New Delhi Ambessy recently, my parents got visa but newphew visa got rejected. The reason by consulate is only newphew parents can go with him, now i am trying to apply my brother and newphew again for visa.

Please let me know about this

1. whether both will get visa even though recenlty my nephew visa got rejected?
2. If both get visa some how, can my newphew travel with Grand parents later?


Please answer both query as my brother and newphew will go visa interview next week and i have to book my parents ticket to visit USA and i would like to book my newphew ticket too with parents.
