Parents second visit to the USA

My parents have a valid visitors visa (10 year visa) to the USA. They have visited me once before and they plan to visit again this May. Do I have to send any supporting documents for them again? Or is their Visa sufficient for travel?

Further are there any updates to the German transit visa (via Frankfurt through Lufthansa airlines) situation for visitor visa holders. Any recent experiences anybody?

You don't need to send any documents again. Just buy airtickets and visitor medical insurance (https://www.insubuy.com)
