October visa dates for Chennai consulate

Any idea when will the October dates will open up for chennai consulate??I can see Hyd only right now for Andhra pradesh as state of residence....I want to book a date in the second week of oct for chennai...please advice.

Actually, when I am selecting state of residence as Andhra pradesh..I am able to see only hyd dates...and when i select sate of residence as Tamil nadu I am able to see chennai dates...
is there any new rule that we need to book the appointment in the same state ?/ please confirm.

I just tried the earliest appointment tool with AP as state of residence, by default it opened up September and it was only showing Hyd. But it showed me Hyd, Chennai, Delhi and Kolkatta for October. Did you try clicking next month link?

Yes I clicked on the next month and am getting Hyd only.
Actually its the reverse of what u told...first page ...Hyd is showing oct dates, chennai , mumbai, delhi is showing Sep 30 date and on next month ...only hyd oct dates are showing.
