Affidavit of support for children

Hi,
I am planning to sponsor visitor visa for my sister and her son (8 years old). I filled the AoS (I-134) for her and mentioned her son as accompanying her during travel. However, the form is not setup to sponsor a minor child. For e.g. there are fields like spouse and child which doesnt apply for the kid. There are no parents fields.

Do I need some other form or separate AoS is not needed for children and the one for their parents would suffice.

Any help much appreciated.

Provide separate I-134 for child as well. You will leave spouse and child fields blank for that chid.
