Interpreter for wife's b2 visa

I m living here in luanda,Angola with my wife i have work permit and my wife have family visa. I had applied for b1/b2 adn got approved in april.at that time my wife was in india. Now i have to apply for b1/b2 visa but she don't know engilsh very well nor portuguse as offcial language of angola. so i can go with her for intervie as an interpreter. should they accept interpreter as spouse. Plz inform me. if they accept how can i schedule interview my interview.

The options would be either English or whatever language interpretors they have available in the consulate as staff.
