Type of visa and process suggestion

Hi,

I am currently in US on L1 visa and want to bring my wife here just for tour but my company is unable to pay L2 expenses. So is there any type of visa which will allow us atleast 6month stay and what is the process means document required,fees etc.

She can try to apply for B2 Visitor visa, but there is risk of denial because of immigrant intent and the fess are not significantly different from L2 Visa. She should get an L2 Visa, it is much easier and there very less chance of denial.
The fees for L2 Visa are not extra-ordinary and if you are willing to bear her living expenses while in the US, Visa fees are next to nothing compared to that. From what I remember they are in the order of $140 to $150 (equivalent in your home country currency).

Please help me getting requirements for B2 itself.The reason why I am looking for B2 is because I am getting married on January and by feb i have to be return so want to bring her along with me.Whereas L2 will require time to process a lot.
