Procedure to sponsor visiting visa by both wife and husband

Could someone please guide me the procedure to sponsor visiting visa for my parents.
My parents visa was rejected twice and visa officer rejected saying " your son has small job(means on my H1b employee letter salary stated as 52k)

This time I want me and my wife to be sponsors.
Please let me know in brief the procedure.

There is no special procedure. Combine the income and savings of both in I-134 and show the proof.
