advice needed

Hi Guys,
I need your help asap.
My parents are appearing for the visitors visa(B1 for pleasure ) on 22 june 2005.I am currently in US (last 19 months ) & will be going home for vacation on 10 june 2005 for a month & will be returing on 10 july 2005.
Will I being in India at the time of my parents personal appearance be an issue?Am i needed to be in US when my parents are appearing for the VISA.Will the US consulate\officer check for my presence in US at the time of appearence.FYI my VISA (H1B) is valid till june 2006 .Please let me know any experience you had or any known experiences.

Can this be a reson for rejection for my parent's VISA?

Hi,
I think u are worrying unduly. There is nothing wrong in u being in
India at the time of ur parents interview. So far as all ur papers are fine, and ur legal status in the U.S is established.
