Regarding Bank STatements

Hi,
My parents are going for the visit visa interview in Jan 1st week 2012
Is it ok if i send my bank statements until Nov 15th?
Or do i need to send the bank statements until Dec 15th?
What would be the ideal time frame that the bank statements shud have.
