Query:Visitor Visa B2 Part Sponsorship

Hi

My Maternal Cousin has invited my Mother and Father to USA. He has sent them an invite letter. Also he has agreed for a sponsorship for the visit.

I live in India, I want to sponsor My Parents trip to US, like buy the Return Airfare tickets and ask my cousin to sponsor their stay and tourism travel.

Is it possible to work out such a scenario? If yes how, and what documents will be required for the same.

You can show your bank statements and funds to prove that you will pay for the trip. Your cousin can send an informal invitation letter stating that they can stay with him/her.
Your parents will have to answer questions in DS 160 and at the interview accordingly.
