B2 Visa Questions - Urgent, please help

I'm on H1-B visa and right now I'm in India on vacation and will be returning to US on Dec 10th, my wife is pregnant and I planned to invite my parents and in-laws to US on B2 visitor visa and I have few questions as below, could you let me know your views on these?
- Since I'm in India now, can I send them for the visa interview on next week? (OR) should I wait till Dec 10th?
- Is is okay if I send them together for interview (i.e., Parents and in-laws at the same time) ? (OR) should I send them separately?

1) they can go to interview anytime no need to wait till Dec 10th
2) It's better send Parents and in-laws diff times instead of same time

I just noticed, looks like I have to fill my I-94 number in the Form I-134 (Affidavit of Support), since I'm in India now, can I leave it as is?
