Visitor Visa -- quick question

I am on H1 visa and I am sponsoring my parents and in laws visitor visa at same time.

My question:-
1. Is it good idea to send them all at once for interview? If not then whats the suggestion?

They can all apply on the same day. But they should not all be in the same interview slot.

They cannot apply as all 4 together at the same window. They can do 2 and 2. (The time and place may be the same, but separate appointment is needed. Keeping it totally separate (different days) will be even better.
It is their application, all you are doing is paying for their trip.
