moms visa rejected because of pronounciation

Hi All,

My mom appeared for B1/B2 visa interview recently and all went well but she coudnlt pronounce the name of the city when asked 'Where does your son stay in US?'

What precautions should I take when I reapply for her??

When she applies again, she should know where she is going. Also, she should have reasons why she will come back, like family, property or job ties.
