Visitor visa for my pregnant sister to US

My sister is pregnant and wants to visit the US as a visitor. Can she get a US visitors visa or will she be refused on medical grounds?

(She works full time for UK company in Delhi)

Also is there a time limit (during the pregnancy) upto when she can enter USA? If she is there near the last term of her pregnancy can she be refused entry at port? If she has an health emergency during her travels is she eligible for any healthcare support? What type of medical insurance do you recommend?

I don't think she may be rejected based on that.

As such there is no time limit imposed by US government. It is imposed by individual airlines. And usually they don't allow after 32 weeks.

If she is near the end of her term, why would she want to risk her and baby's lives? It is better that she visits after delivering baby? Or is she trying to deliver baby in US and make the baby US citizen?

Forget about any medical insurance covering pregnancy. There is no insurance that will cover pregnancy if she is already pregnant.
