I'm a 20 year old male and a citizen of Lebanon, I am currently in the process of renewing my passport in order to get an interview date for a B2 visa from the U.S. embassy.
I have been to the U.S. before, I was 13 when my parents took me to the states and I came back when I was 17, both of these happened against my will, parents right ? But apparently my grandma had filed for an F4 immigration petition for my dad and his family (which is my biggest concern).
Now for my own case, I am as I said before, 20 years old, I work full time to support my family, only me and my dad work but my dad also has a very weak heart (in 40s and has had open heart surgery, heart attacks, still a risk, etc), my mother has 0 work experience and my brother is 15 years old but he's autistic ~ My family needs me for financial stability, also, I have a girlfriend here, one I've been with for almost a year, I have about $5,000 in a joint account with my mother and multiple people who are willing to support me in the U.S, and the only reason I can actually leave my family for a bit is because my boss is letting me take a one month vacation.
I have a social circle and a lot of family in the U.S and I just wanna see 'em for a while, I have no reason or intention to stay in the United States, how can I fortify my argument at the consulate ? I really need this trip to get away for a while. Thank you.
