Here is my case:

My husband is in H1b and I am in H4. Now we are applying visitor visa for my mil, mother and father. We are applying first for my MIL, in I 134 Q9 we have written None. she was schedule for interview on jan 25. Now we are going to apply for my mom and pop. Now for form I134 Q9, we have written my MIL's name. What date should I use- date of appointment of my MIL or date of signature of my husband in I 134 form.

I want to know What the date of submitted means?
