Question 10 ----I-134

Hi,

I have applied H4 for my wife.Do i need to say yes or no for question 10 on I134?The I134 guide talks about immigrant visas in specific.But the question 10 is generic..Please let me know.

Hello,

I've read I-134 instructions on this site. My question pertains to the following situation
- I am sponsoring B2 Visa for my sister-in-law
- I have already sponsored B2 visa for my father in the past. So, I did put my father's name for Question 9
- My wife is a permanent resident. I petitioned for her permanent resident application after I became a naturalized US Citizen

So, looks like I've to put my wife's name down for Question 10.. True?
