Need help for B2 of my Mom( Widow)

My mom's visa got rejected first time, I choose the profession of her as "House Maker". but she is taking care of all agricultural land as well from last 25yrs after my dad's death. so she is getting good income from agriculture.

Can we change the profession to Business or other from House Maker in second time, first time it we choose house maker ?
