changing courier address for passport after interview

Hello

My parents have taken interview appointment through Mumbai VFS center, where they also gave the address at which to courier the passport after interview.
But now we want to change that address.Has anybody done that. What is procedure for it.
Can they collect passport from Mumbai Consulate instead of recieving it by courier after interview.

Contact VFS for changing the address.

You can not collect it from the consulate.
