Hi Guys,
First of all, I want to Thank you all for posting your experiences in this forum which helped me a lot to get my parents prepared for Interview and got approval in first attempt.
1) Interview went with only Q & A 's. They didnot even look at any single document, neither mine or my parent's.
2) As per my parents, VO is fluent in Telugu, he didnot even say a single word in English.
Q's by VO :
1) Where is your Son?
A) Answered. (They are more interested in state not city).
2) Which company he is working?
A) Answered.
3) How many childrens do you have?
A) Answered
4) Where is your other son working ?
A) In Hyd but unable to tell company name.
5) Do you own any property here?
A) Yes
6) specifically he asked , do you own a house here ?
A) Yes, 2 storey building
7) What do you do ?
A) Retired Govt. employee
8) How long do you want to go to USA ?
A) 20 days.
Then ...VO said, we are giving you visa , your passports will be sent in a week.
I am so happy that my parents got visa....
All the Best for all whose parents going to Visa Interview.
Tips I informed to my parents:
1) Keep a set of all documents each one.
2) Answer in way that you are mainly coming USA to visit places not me as its a Visitor Visa.
3) Will return in 20 days as must have to attend family functions
4) Travel expenses sponsored by me and they have XX lacs in their savings account.
