b2 visa for m y parents

I am applying b2 visa for my parents, brother, sister in law and my lil 6 year old niece. Is it okie if they all interview at same time , same day as a family or would you suggest my mom dad should do the interview togethr and my brother, sis-in law n niece do it together?\

1 more ques -visa date

I am planning to take recent date for my family. There are very few dates available and my mom's passport has been sent for renewal. so till my mom's passport cums back i cannot take date for her and as you said i should take date for my mom and dad together should i wait for her passport to cum bak or should I arrange dates of my dad's visa interview with my brothers family. Plz suggest
