My parents have 10 yrs tourist visa and have visited US three times. Last time they visited was 7 yrs back. They would like to come for my sons graduation which is in may. There visa expires in April . Will they be able to come to US in march and stay till May or should they renew there visa?

Yes, they can enter even one day before the visa expires and they can request a stay for 3 months at entry. ( Stay is determined by the officer at US airport and is stamped on a card called I-94). No need to renew the visa.
