B2 visa and support documents to send

I am planning to get my inlaws to USA. I am on EAD(valid till Dec 13, 2012) however my H1 is expiring in March 2012.
and my I485 is pending with an RFE to act upon, does this create a problem at the embassy B2 for my inlaws(interview on Feb 21, 2012).

If I send my H1 receipt(which is expiring in March 11, 2012) copy along with EAD copies does it create a
negative impact since my H1 status is expiring?

I don't think this will be a problem as you are on EAD...All the very best for their interview.

Do not forget to post your experience after the interview... it may be helpful for other members...
