fathers visa rejected twice
my father is 64 yrs old and widower.. his visa rejected twice in mumbai...
first time i had applied for a visa in june 2009 and second time on feb 2012.. first time i wrote in ds160 his occupation as farmer and second time retired government servant as the visa was rejected first time.. and whatever information i provided in ds160 was true information.. and still his visa was rejected.. i hav changed my status from h4 to f1 as im pursuing my masters.. i really want to call him for my graduation ceremony..but now afraid to apply for third time

and visa was rejected under 214 b

dad: he is settled and engineer,, doing his own business

and visa was rejected under 214 b
can i apply his visa through travel agency like kesari, raj travels.. he just want to attend my graduation ceremony and stay here for a month... i dont know how to convince visa officer...any suggestions?
