I am trying to get my boyfriend's daughter up from Honduras to visit for a month. She is 5 years old(she might not come for a couple years), just started school, and we can get her money or even a house in her name if we would have to. Is it possible, or are there steps we can take to make it a better chance for her to get her visa.

Where is your boyfriend and what is his visa status in US ( if any)? -
She is living with her grandmother and he doesnt have a status if you get my drift. Is it possible (if nessesary) you think to say shes to come visit me? it sounds far fetched to me after reading some of the threads but i figured it would be worth the try. maybe get a laywer to help?Comment

I am sorry, it won't work. Even if your boyfriend had legal status, they would never give the child a visitor visa, thinking she will never return to honduras.
The only way is to think in terms of a permanent visa. When and if your boyfriend gets a legal
status, the child can get it too.
By the way, where is the child's biological mother?Comment

She is there in Honduras. She has another child and boyfriend that seem to be more important to her. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it
