Urgent: Family Ties

Hi,
My parents have visistor visa interview this tuesday. I am too late in posting query. but i am sure u guys r there to help us. Thanks in advance.

I the sponsor, unmarried daughter is in US. younger sister is in US. parents doens;t have big property in India. I take care of them.

Elder sis marrried lives close to parents. Brother marrried has daughter. For some reason to show the family bonds , we don't have marriage cdertificate of brother and birth certi of his daughter. Don;t even have picture. Have sent younger sisters dependient visa docs to consulate.

Does this situation makes officer feel it is weak family bonds and that they will not retun to India. Affidevit of parents mentions that they will retun back to India as they need to arrange their unmarried daughter's (that;s me) marriage and be close to other family.

Please help us as to what should be answer.

At on epoint we thought not to disclose that younger sister is in US , but i don;t wnat parents to lie as they will look confident onlky when they speak truth. And i beleive in not lying.

Whether you believe in lying or not, don't do that. Always tell truth. That is because if they are caught, they will be in big trouble.

Just because marriage certificate for someone in family is not available does not make family ties weak.
