USA visitor visa

HELLO SIR

i want to applay visitor visa for my parents....but our visa is getting expired in july 2nd week....
and appointments r available only in august ..that too in calcutta(my parents stay in hyderabad)....can we apply on our name ...
as we we were told that we don't need to apply for extension as long as we stay in USA with vallid h1 and h4.

please guide us...thank u.

you still need to have valid h1 and h4 visa status.

You don't need H1/H4 visa stamp as long as you are not going out of US.
