Hello Immihelp!
I've a quick question about the personal affidavits from as part of the visitor's documents. When my in-laws approached the IT consultant, he said this affidavit can be prepared by themselves and get it notarized. Is that true ? I think the way notaries are done in India is typing it on stamp paper and get it signed by a notary. What should be the value of the stamp paper (Rs 50/-, 100/- ) ?
Is one affidavit enough for both the in-laws if they are going together for the interview ?
Appreciate if the experts can answer this question for me quickly!
Thanks much,
- Sudhakar
