How many copies of common documents - for two persons?

Hi,

I have got a single visa appointment for my mother and sister-in-law (brother's wife).

1. In that case, will they be required to submit two set of the common documents such as
- my visa papers
- my passport copy etc
or will a single copy of it is enough.

2. Also please let me know, if I need to submit two I-134 forms or can I include both names in the same form.

Your help in this will be very much appreciated.
