Help regarding Parents visiting visa documentation for my Graduation

I need help regarding visting visa for my parents and brother to visit for my graduation.
I am done with my masters and doing PhD.
Can you please tell me what are the documents i need to send them.
Actually my father and brother are farmers.
What to suggest about their occupation?

You should only invite your parents and not your brother.
Reason is your parents must leave a family tie behind.

That is a very important issue for getting a visa; ties to INdia.
