Can my parents re-enter US again, 4 months after a 14-day stay in US?

Hi

My parents came to US in Feb 2012 and stayed here for 14 days after which they left the country. They are on B2 visa. They are planning to come in June again for a month. Can anyone tell me if they will face any problem while re-entering since they are coming back in just 4 months? (They usually visit in 2-3 years - this is the first time that they are coming back so soon). Or do they have to wait a minimum of 6 months in India before trying to re-enter again?

There is no set time gap by law. It all depends on your purpose and last duration of stay.
I do not think they will have any problems since they just stayed 14 days and will stay one month.
