Not submit i-94 while leaving US

Hi,

Recently visited US with B1/B2 Visa, but realised i'm not have i-94 when i was at the airline desk on the day of travel back to Egypt, thought the airlines staff said it's ok. But i think i need to do something to inform CBP about this. Does anyone have more information in such a case.

Since you d id not turn in your I-94, the system did not record your departure.
And if you enter US again past the date on the I-94 you lost , they will stop you for overstay.

If you had the card you could mail it to a govt address in US with the proof of your departure,
but now that you have lost it , you cannot do anything about it and you need not worry about it
either.

Just hold on to your boarding passes for your departure flight from US.The next time you enter US , just tell the officer that you lost the I-94 and you have proof of the day you departed in the form of the boarding pass and the Egypt arrival stamp on your passport.

Canadian Border Control accepted a US I-94 when we forgot to surrender it in the US

My foreign born, Israeli girlfriend and I travelled to Boston to visit my family in the winter.

She has a spotless visa entry-exit record and this was the second time she was travelling to the US with me.

Our return flight to Israel was: Boston to Canada, and from Canada to Israel.

The airline never asked, nor did we remember to give her I-94 form up in Boston at any time. We did not realize this until we crossed Canadian border control.

Upon realizing this we surrendered her I-94 form to the Canadian border control.

-It was an I-94 (white regular) not a green one, nor the visa waiver program.
-We flew AirCanada, a commercial airline.
-We still have all ticket stubs/bordering passes for the both of us.

1) Will turning the US I-94 form into Canadian border control make it problematic for her next US visit this summer?
2) Will we need to provide more proof than just bording passes/tickets, that she left?

Yes, CBP website IS the authentic website for I-94 queries.

Do not worry , it will not be a problem.
If canada border people failed to send the I-94 to USCIS, and if she is stopped,
all she has to do is explain what happened and this;

One can easily match the date of departure and date of I-94 expiry right from her passport.

The US entry stamp on the passport contains the visa classification ( B1 or B2) and the I-94 expiry date.
She can match this with the canada entry stamp to prove that she departed before the I-94 expiry.
Also, boarding passes and ticket can help.

Many Thanks Peace999 , i have the boarding for my departure flight from USA but the Egypt date arrival stamp written in arabic number, maybe he understand the arabic so there's any problem may i face when enter USA again?

YOU can do one more thing;
Go to the airline you flew out of USA and request them to give you a FLOWN
STATEMENT for that date on their airline paper with their stamp.

By the way, did you lose your I-94 or did you leave it with someone in US?

i lost it, i didn't know that should give it to airline to record my departure.
what can i do after request the flown statement from airline?

Do not worry.
When you enter US again, the officer will ask you why your last departure was not recorded.
You can tell him you lost the card while in US and did not surrender at departure.
And you can show him proof of departure; boarding passes, and the flown satement from the airline.

They will let you in after they are convinced that you left in time.
