Visitor Visa For my mother rejected

HI all,

My mother of age 40 and is a widow . she got rejected for a visitor visa.

I graduated in december 2011 and I doing my graduation walk in may 2012. I sent the invitation letter from my university to my mother. she kept that the reason for her visit.

The questions asked by interviewer are:

what is purpose of visit? to attend my daughter's grad walk.

who is sponsoring you? my elder daughter is sponsoring you.

what is your elder daughter doing? job in so and so company

what is your younger daughter doing? she is doing her btech 2nd year

and then the visa officer said that sorry we cant give you visa at this time.



They did not even asked my mother's documents , she also have like 2 cr properties on her name.


Can she go again within 2 weeks, because My grad walk is on may 6th.
If she applied for second time what changes can she make and go

is it ok if I sponsor her or she have to sponsor herself

Hi,

My mother (56) got the letter of rejection today again, she mentioned that she is coming US for 3 weeks for grad walk of her son, she is also 'single' and it is very difficult situation.
They deny visa for single parents because they can become immigrants. Age is also another factor, if it's less than 60 then case becomes much difficult. It doesn't matter she has job, properties etc.
I am seeking help from lawyer as my Graduation is on 5th May, I need to look for any paperwork that can satisfy them to change situation. They are looking for persons social status (marriage).
