Visa got rejected Applying for second time help needed!

Hi,

My in- laws visa got rejected on first attempt at delhi consulate on 5th Apr 2005 under 214(b)(as such no reason was given) , now they are going for second attempt on 21st june.

- Do we need to send all the documents on latest date? As previous one are now two month old?

- In previous invitation letter and ds156 we mentioned purpose of visit "tourism and visiting son's family" but now as my daughter born in april end, can we mention something like going to see our newborn grand daughter also in letter.

please advice as soon as possible.

2. Don't do they. Otherwise, she will never get visa as they will consider she is definitely going for doing babysitting.
