visiting USA before H1B processing

Hi,

My friend wants to visit her relative in the US.She has a B2 visa.She has also got a job in the US.Her H1B is being processed.She is required to fill a form and send to her employer for the same.She has planned to visit her relative in the US in a couple of days.
Will this trip pose any problem during her H1B interview(she will be in india for this) ?

I dont think this will impact H1B processing.
