I94 validity

My friend has come here on Business visa. Her I-94 is valid till June 21st. Does it mean she can stay here until 24:00 hrs (pacific time) of June21st. Anyway her flight is around 19:00 hrs (pacific time). Once she boards the flight before June 21st midnight, it should be okay. Am I right?

Please share your experiences. Any help is really appreciated.

As long as she leaves the USA on or before June 21, she is okay...
