Need visitor visa soon for in laws

My in-laws have applied for visitor visa to visit us in US. They have been given a date in Aug. They want to come earlier then that. Is there a way
possible say a medical emergency. WHat is the procedure ? They will
be going to the Mumbai office.

There is no way like that.

Everyone wants to come early because of medical emergency. Unless thre is death or major major sickness in immediate family, they don't listen to these types of request.
