I-134 (Which I-94 Number to use)

Hi,

I have a question about filling I 94 number in I-134 for my parents US Visa. I entered US on L1 B and now I switched to H1B. My H1B is not stamped. Question is in I 134 which I 94 number should I fill, one that I got when I lasted entered in US on L1 or one that came with my H1 approved petition I 797.

I used the latest I-94 number. If you got your H1B after entering the US and haven't travelled abroad since then, you need to use the I-94 number from your H1B approval notice. Thats what I did for my in-laws about 2 years back.
